I understand that participation in a private cannabis farm and wine country tour involves travel by vehicle and visits to working farms, vineyards, rural properties, and outdoor environments. These locations may include uneven terrain, agricultural equipment, natural surfaces, weather exposure, and other conditions typical of active farms and countryside settings.
I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, vehicle travel risks, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being.
I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Cannabis & Wine Tours, its owner, employees, contractors, drivers, partner farms, wineries, dispensaries, property owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I understand that transportation services may be provided by independent licensed and insured drivers or transportation companies. These providers operate independently and are responsible for their own vehicles and insurance coverage.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this experience and will follow all safety instructions provided during the tour. I agree to act responsibly and respectfully while visiting private properties and working agricultural operations.
I accept responsibility for my personal belongings. Cannabis & Wine Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
I understand that tours may involve adult activities such as wine tasting and visits to licensed cannabis farms or dispensaries. I confirm that I meet all legal age requirements and will comply with all local laws and regulations.
I acknowledge that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California.
