I release Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours, its officers, agents, representatives, employees, or tour guides from all liability and agree not to sue them for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me due to my participation in the walking tour, regardless of the cause. This includes negligence on the part of Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours, its staff, tour partners, or other participants, or death or injury caused by war, civil unrest, or epidemic. Furthermore, if I violate this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any party named herein, I will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such an action. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with the activity, including but not limited to the risks mentioned herein. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any loss or damage to property owned by me as a result of participating in this activity. I understand that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, may have certain additional dangers and risks, such as physical exertion that may not be fully prepared for and weather extremes that can change suddenly and unpredictably. I accept all the inherent risks associated with the proposed tour and acknowledge the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting from such risks. I recognize that the thrill and excitement of the proposed tour stem from the inherent risks involved in traveling and engaging in activities beyond the safety of our homes or workplaces. These risks contribute to the enjoyment and excitement, which is why I’m participating. I understand that if I sustain an injury or illness, Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours or its staff can, at my expense, arrange any necessary medical treatment and emergency evacuation services. However, I acknowledge that Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours will not be held liable for any medical costs associated with my injury. Furthermore, I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage I may cause to the employees. Additionally, I agree to adhere to and comply with any additional instructions provided by my tour guide or any other Sonoma Cannaibis Wine Tours staff. Non-compliance may result in serious consequences, including injury, death, or permanent disability. I recognize that non-compliance may lead to my removal from the tour. As a participant, I fully accept responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour. This may involve various activities, unfamiliar locations, and different modes of transportation. I agree to hold neither Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours nor its staff liable in any way for any harm that may come to me. I acknowledge and understand the dangers associated with alcohol and Cannabis consumption. If, at any time, I feel unable to complete or participate in the walking tour, I agree to voluntarily remove myself from the activity. Furthermore, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless any releases from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may arise due to my participation in the activity, whether caused by negligence of Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours or otherwise. By agreeing to this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any verbal, written, or visual representations or statements made by Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours or its staff, nor any inducement or coercion to participate in the tour. I confirm that I have voluntarily read and comprehended the Terms and Conditions of this Cannabis and Wine tour, Waiver, and Release, and I agree that this Waiver and Release shall be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors. Furthermore, I grant the sponsors of this tour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness exclusively for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.
